Just a reminder to all campers: If you want your site next year you must pay $100 before October 31st, 2011. On the flip side if you want winter storage, you must pay $100 before November 31st, 2011 or have it removed. All camp money for dues and seasonal rentals are due by May 1st, 2012.
It is $450.00 for rental of lodge on weekends, $200 for a week day. And there are no utensils provided with the rental, tables and chairs only.
There is a $25.00 fee per dog and no more than 4 per site. And it’s $700.00 a site per season.
Thursday, October 20th, 2011 there will be a boiled dinner at the lodge so come and join us. Dinner is served around 6:30pm followed by a meeting. We hope to see you there! This will be the last one for the season. Again: winter meetings will be just that and held at the Credit Union on Rt. 1 in Thomaston, upstairs at 6:30pm on the first Wednesday of every month (directors) and the third Thursday (regular) of every month. December is the only month that there are NO meetings held.
Don’t forget: if you are a hat buff and would like one with our logo on it please contact either Bernie or Janice Cox.
October 22nd, will be a Halloween dance at the lodge at 8:30 pm.
The lodge ghost and goblins will be up at the lodge on October 23rd, 2011 from 1pm till 3pm for a great party for the kids. Bring yours and join us and please bring a treat to share.
If you have not yet submitted an email address to receive your news letter please do so. It saves the lodge $$$ over the year. Again, the address is beaverlodgenews@live.com
Winter isn’t here yet, so let’s see some faces at our last dinner and Halloween party!!
